This was my first time meeting this lovely little one and what a sweet little baby. Evie was full of wonder playing in rainbows as she had some tummy time in the sleepy morning sunshine. So good to meet finally meet you Evie!

Nephews
Collin and I took a weekend trip to visit my in-laws last weekend. It was really nice to get away and just have some relaxing hang time with family. I am really enjoying watching our nephews grow up and see their personalities shine through. One prefers to sit quietly reading while the other likes climbing and exploring. When it comes down to it though, they are both funny and happy guys.

color inspiration #1 – warm and rustic
Wow, what a gloomy day outside today! All of this rain made me really wish I was somewhere bright and cheery… and with that being said I created a color board from an image I shot in San Miguel when Collin and I were on our honeymoon.
I’m a sucker for pinks and reds as it is, but I love the idea of how they would look with small bold pops of them in a wedding, and lots of black, sand, stone and dove being the dominate colors of choice. This must be the designer in me talking. :)
