Family Mini Session: Belton, TX

Well, well, well, looks like I have some catching up to do!  I’m still recovering from the holidays and have a few posts in the que.  I hope your year is off to a great start!  I have been busy with work and photography, but found a little bit of quiet time and thought I would share some of what I worked on over the holidays.

This was a really fun family session I shot in Belton, Texas.  I was really excited when we went downtown and found all of these funky buildings to play with.  I was even MORE excited when the Bourlands arrived in their stylish and fun purple threads! Fun family, fun colors, fun buildings, fun shoot! I couldn’t ask for more.  Mucho thanks to the Bourlands for letting me capture your beautiful family! :D

Shelley’s Portrait Session

The last few months have seemed like a whirlwind and so much has happened, it’s hard for me to even keep track of it all.  One of these things being an unexpected but much welcome visit from my sister Shelley.  Shelley lives in Saipan with her husband and children, so we don’t get to see to much of each other.  The time difference is also pretty significant which makes phone visits pretty short and few, so this was a seriously big treat to see her and get some one on one time.  We have 9 years between us and have always been in two different worlds personally until as of late.  This was one of the first times we have been able to share time together and really enjoy each others company, I am so blessed to have had this opportunity.  During her stay we had an impromptu-ish portrait session and it was one of my favorite days with her while she was here.  Just looking at the pictures I can hear her contagious laugh! :D Shelley, I love you and you are beautiful through and through!

2012 Holiday Mini Session Update

Check it out! We received our lovely ornament cards in the mail today and I am so excited to send them out.  I know, I know….. it’s still October, but I like to be prepared. I still have sessions available if you are interested!

Also,  I have had several questions regarding large groups and if they would fit on the 5″ ornament cards.  The 5″ cards are best for families of 4 or less.  To accommodate those looking to book a mini session with more than 4 people I have added two additional design options for cards.  Both of these cards are 5″x7″ and will be offered at the same price as the ornament cards.
